Bring your crabtraps and kayaks! This beautiful duplex sits directly on Little Lagoon and yet is only steps away from the white powder beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This duplex may be rented as one (1) side or both (See Sanctuary West). Each side sleeps 8-10 people in beds plus an additional sofa in the living area and two (2) blow-up air mattresses. There are three (3) full baths on each side of the duplex. Sanctuary is built high on piling so the views of Little Lagoon are endless. The dock has a
gazebo for fishing, relaxing, watching the sunset or stargazing. This duplex has a King size bed in the Master Bedroom with an en suite bath; two (2) Queen beds in the second bedroom with an en suite bath and one guestroom on the first level that has two (2) trundle beds. Another full bath is on the first level. Well-behaved pets are welcome with an additional fee.

Unfortunately, at this time the pier and dock is currently inaccessible due to damages caused by Hurricane Sally. We expect to have the pier and dock repaired by Summer 2021!
